Who were the people who helped you to find God?

One of the people who helped me is Sir Carl. He teaches us what we don’t know about god. The other persons are the priests. During their homily, they discuss about the great love of God to us. My parents also helped me. Before, when I’m not yet studying in a catholic school, I don’t know the basic prayers. Then when my parents taught me how to pray better, I realized what I have done. Then when my parents transferred me in St. Paul, I learned a lot. I learned who god is and how God loves us. I learned also how to repent for my sins. Another person was my grandmother. She taught me to thank God everyday.

It was my mom, grandmother, sister and classmates. These are the persons who helped me in finding God. My mom, grandma, and my sister told me that I should thank God for everything I am receiving because He is the source of everything. God is the only person whom can I trust. The only one who who would never let me down, they said. They taught me how to pray to the Lord also. As for my classmates, whenever I have problems, I must call God for he is a friend. He comforts us whenever there are trials in our lives, they said. So by these little things that they shared helped me to get closer to God. I know that these are only few things but has great meaning to me of knowing our Father.

We need all to pray to God. Prayer is the only way we can talk to God. We need all to be prayerful person so that we can thank God to all the things that he gave. I need to pray to ask him for forgiveness on all the things that I have done. I pray to the lord to guide my family, friends, and me in our daily lives. Our prayer shows our faith to God and our love to Him.

There are 2 kinds or prayer. Prayer asking for something(material things) and prayer asking for forgiveness. We all know that we always ask for something from God, but do we really need those? Can those things lead us in heaven? Maybe we should pray for forgiveness. This is the only thing that can lead us to the lord next to doing good. Back to the old times, I usually ask for something but then I realized that I should pray for my sins. But that doesn’t mean that it is not allowed to pray for others. Except for the bad things that I have done, I pray for protection and guidance for my loved ones and other people. I also pray for the dead. They badly need my prayers so that they will be with the lord. I pray like that everyday. I hope others too. :)

Friends are important to us. They comfort us when we are sad, making us laugh and happy and they inspire us everyday. I can be a friend to others because I can be trusted. I can help them if they have problems. I can make them happy if they are lonely. But sometimes me and my friends sometimes have problem in friendship. But we can solve it by saying sorry. I am not comfortable without them.

Yes, because in times of needs or troubles, I’m always there to guide or help them. I never leave them alone because I love them so much and I value our friendship. I assure them that I will not let them face their problems alone. I will be there to support them. There are also simple ways to be a friend.

Yes, I am a friend to others but sometimes not because I am a choosy person because some girls are so mean so I have to be careful of choosing friends.
